This fabulous, luxurious 5 star cottage is perfect as an intimate private corporate retreat.
Located within the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and edging the Peak District National Park we are central to all Derbyshire has to offer, and a perfect central location at the heart of England.
Whether for private meetings away from your main office, brainstorming sessions within thought inspiring surroundings or peace and tranquillity for your corporate retreat we have the perfect venue.
The property will be provided for your sole use for the period of your reservation and we will work with you to provide the facilities you will require during your stay.
We network with local businesses to provide, catering, team building activities or relaxation therapies at the end of thought provoking day.
Facilities include:
- 6 ensuite bedrooms - 4 double and 2 twin.
- Large sitting room for presentations and discussions in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with beautiful views.

Prices
Two working days with one overnight stay - full use of property £800 + VAT
Three working days with two overnight stays - full use of property £1000 + VAT
Times of arrival are usually from 3.00pm and departures by 10.00am unless agreed by prior arrangement.
Day Hire only use of small conference/dining room for 10 people / lounge for informal meeting and kitchen.
From 0830 until 1730 unless by arrangement. £200 + VAT
Evening Hire or Half Day £80 + VAT
- Includes Tea, Coffee, Water, Biscuits on arrival. Additional Tea, Coffee on self-serve basis. Water, cordial and fruit available though the day.
If you have any particular requirements then please ask we will be more than happy to work out a package to suit your individual needs. Extra days and nights can be added.
