Hillside Croft- ETC 5 star

Hillside Croft is a large, detached luxury self catering cottage set in 6 acres of private landscaped gardens and pastureland. Built of warm sandstone with quaint stone mullioned and leaded windows, it has oak beams throughout with a wealth of revealed stone and timbered walls.

There is a farmhouse kitchen with electric cooked, microwave, dishwasher, auto washer, tumble drier, fridge and fridge freezer. Underfloor heating, tiled and marble worktops add to the character and luxury of this well equipped kitchen.

A seperate dining room sitting 10 - 12 with ease and cosy lounge both with log burning stoves add to the charm of this wonderful grade II listed cottage dating from 1709.

There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are double, 1 is a twin. There are 4 other single beds located within these 5 bedrooms along with 2 cots.

The master bathroom has a roll topped bath, walk in shower, bidet, wash basin and WC. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and WC, there is a 3rd WC downstairs.

Outside are fields, an orchard, landscaped gardens with fenced ponds, shed for cycle storage, off road car parking for many cars, BBQ, Hardwood patio set and chimera for those cooler nights. A haven for wildlife who will visit you daily.

Hillside Croft is central to all that, Derbyshire and the Peak District have to offer. A short distance also from Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire.

Closeby are Belper with its historic industrial mill, Crich Tramway Museum, Midland and High Peak  steam railways, Chatsworth House,Kedleston, Haddon and Sudbury Halls, Calke Abbey, Carsington Water, Alton Towers, Castleton Caves, Bakewell, Ashbourne and Buxton to name a few.

Billy's Bothy- Sleeping 10-14 + cots

Billy's Bothy is our latest luxurious self catering holiday cottage. Built of red bricks, it has delightful arched windows downstairs. Located in peaceful rural surroundings grazed by cattle and sheep with outstanding views.

This delightful cottage has just been fully restored from a redundant farm building. It is an 'upside down house' with 2 en suite bedrooms, the kitchen, dining room and lounge on the 1st floor giving direct access through large oak framed doors onto the patio and orchard area.  On the ground floor are 3 more ensuite bedrooms, the entrance hall and a small gymnasium which will double as a small conference room.

This beautiful cottage is extremelywell equipped and furnished to a high standard. It has its own patio and BBQ with ample off road private parking.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, auto washer, tumble drier, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Marble worktops and pine units enhance this character kitchen.

Full central heating, electricity, linen are included.
